Flower is the fourth book of Sakiko Nomura's photo book project, and is a collection of her thoughts on flowers from her many years of photography.
Flowers themselves are generally thought of as beautiful, but in this collection of photographs, Nomura's idea of flowers is that they are meant to be given to the dead. Flowers on graves, flowers at the scene of traffic accidents, decaying flowers, sex, artificial flowers, stuffed animals, wax figures... the significance of the flowers Nomura photographs is immeasurable.
