In vivid and disturbing photographs, this collection describes the catastrophic repercussions of the bombing of Hiroshima. Initially retained as property of the US government, the documents in this volume were returned to the Japanese 28 years after the bombing, and compiled here by the Chugoku Shimbun, the local newspaper of Hiroshima.
